Dr. Claire Erhart Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist.

Dr. Claire Erhart grew up in rural Connecticut, where she learned to love living barefoot in the woods. Her strong connection to the natural world followed her into her college years, where she studied natural resources and anthropology at the University of Vermont. Along with a strong drive to help people, this influenced her decision to move to Portland, Oregon to attend the National University of Natural Medicine. She graduated from the ND and MSOM programs in June of 2021.

She likes to spend most of her free time outdoors either backpacking, running, or hiking. She also enjoys skateboarding and playing the ukulele. She believes that practicing activities we enjoy can be deeply therapeutic for the soul, and that time outside is the best medicine.

Dr. Claire is happy to provide adjunctive care to all different types of people. Inspired by medicine through her own healing journey, she believes that true health includes physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. She strongly resonates with the concept of, “doctor as teacher,” and aims to help you help yourself along your healing journey. She will work with you over time to help identify the root cause of your health issues, and utilize a variety of methods to improve health. A session with Dr. Claire will include modalities such as acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, and craniosacral massage therapy.
