All the staff at Pohala is wonderful. My Dr, Lesa Benton, is a blessing. I wish I could say the same about Athena and the Website, But I can’t. It’s nothing short of a malfunctioning nightmare. I wish they used MY CHART, of which Athena cannot interface with. Apparently, to save a few dollars, Pohala has chosen Athena—who obviously uses substandard IT guys and web designers. Athena has failed me time and time again.

Lesa Is wonderful. Unfortunately the portal and the system Pohala uses is nothing short of a nightmare.
